HR Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, administration, and HR operations within a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

  • Support HR administrative tasks and documentation.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Assist in onboarding and employee data management.

  • Support employer branding and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.

  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
