HR Intern
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, administration, and HR operations within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support HR administrative tasks and documentation.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in onboarding and employee data management.
Support employer branding and HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
