Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.

• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.

• Maintain recruitment database and ensure timely reporting.

• Support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

• Strong operational management and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
