The Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of health programs by integrating data-driven insights with strong clinical understanding. This role ensures that programs are evidence-based, impactful, and aligned with clinical standards and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the health sector.

• Strong background in data analysis and interpretation.

• Solid understanding of clinical processes and healthcare systems.

• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, etc).

• Proven experience in managing teams and multi-stakeholder projects.

• Experience in maternal & child health, nutrition, or primary healthcare programs.

• Familiarity with digital health systems (e.g., DHIS2, EMR/EHR).

• Experience working in NGOs, research institutions, or the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management (planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation).

• Translate clinical and field data into actionable program strategies.

• Oversee data analysis, dashboard development, and program performance reporting.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and alignment with health indicators and standards.

• Collaborate with clinical teams, data teams, and external stakeholders.

• Use evidence and analytics to improve program effectiveness and outcomes.

• Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams (program, field, and data staff).

• Develop program reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, ethical standards, and data governance.
