KONEKSI (Australia-Indonesia Knowledge Partnership Platform) Bootcamp 2 and The 20th Indonesian Regional Science Association (IRSA) International Conference in Semarang

Semarang, July 12-15, 2025 – As a continuation of the bootcamp held by KONEKSI-Partnership in collaboration with the Indonesia Project - Australian National University (ANU) in Bali from May 3-5, 2025, participants attended Bootcamp 2 concurrently with the 20th Indonesian Regional Science Association (IRSA) International Conference in Semarang.

Before the bootcamp officially started, participants engaged in online sessions with mentors from the Indonesia Project - Australian National University (ANU) to present their research or proposed research plans. During these sessions, Rachmi Mufida, M.Gizi, a delegate from the Summit Institute for Development (SID), presented her research plan titled “Improving Health Service Delivery through “Cadre” Certification in Rural Areas of West Nusa Tenggara and West Java.” This plan was selected for a poster presentation during a special KONEKSI session at the 20th IRSA conference on July 14-15, 2025, in Semarang.

During this second bootcamp, delegates were expected to present their research in guided presentation sessions with mentors and KONEKSI team before the IRSA international conference. These events and presentation sessions served as a platform for exchanging ideas with participants of both the conference and the KONEKSI bootcamp, aiming to improve the quality of research proposals and foster opportunities for mutual exchange and collaboration.
